PAYMENT
The appropriate deposit will secure your reservation, unless your
booking is made within 4 weeks of arrival, when the full payment
must accompany the booking form. Where a deposit has been paid,
the balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival or the booking
will be void and a cancellation charge will apply. No reminders
will be sent except for the balance due date with the receipt of
the booking form and deposit. A £150 ($250) security deposit
will also be payable with your balance. It will be refunded 5 weeks
after your return.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Prices include standard maintenance and cleaning
costs, all villa utilities, towels and linen unless booking
is less than 7 days where cleaning costs will be added.
Cleaning Fees
3 Bed = $75.00
4 Bed = $95.00
5 Bed = $110.00
- Prices are per property per week plus local and state taxes.
- Linen and towels are included.
- The prices quoted are in US Dollars
- These figures are for guidance only and may change without notice.
- Easter, Christmas and New Year rates apply to bookings which
include the week preceding and the week following the holiday date.
