The living area has a 32" Cable TV, DVD player and CD/Radio player.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 27" Cable TV, and Large en suite bathroom with walk in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and 19" cable TV and situated next to the 2nd bathroom.

The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds, Cable TVs and one having a Play Station 2. They are linked by a Jack & Jill bathroom.

Living area and all bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and there is High Speed Fibre Optic and Wireless Internet access  provided free of charge.

Access to the pool deck can be gained from the living area and master bedroom. Outside, the south facing 30 x 15 larger than average pool with spa is surrounded by an extended sun deck with plenty of superb furniture and a pool bath. The area offers fun and relaxation for the whole family. For those who like to get out of the sun, there is the large lanai fitted with overhead fan.

Highgate Park has excellent tennis courts and children's play area.
