A luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, with a
fabulous heated swimming pool for holiday rental.
Located in an exclusive and peaceful neighbourhood,
yet only 15 minutes from all the Disney theme parks
and quality golf courses. The villa is almost 2500sq
ft in area and set out over a single storey.
A computer with High Speed Internet access and a
Playstation II, with a small selection of games are
provided for your use. These are free of charge.
Two lounge areas, Large Master with King size bed
& en suite bathroom, Queen bed for the second master
with en suite & 2 twin rooms share the third
bathroom. Fully fitted kitchen & separate dining
room.
All linens and towels, including large beach
towels and cot bedding, are supplied. An iron,
ironing board and two hairdryers are also supplied
for your convenience. Laundry room with washer &
dryer.
The whole property has air-conditioning, and
central heating. There are bats and balls for use in
the garden or pool, and board games in the den to
suit both adults and children. A CD/radio stereo is
provided in the living room, along with a selection
of CD's. Also a multi region DVD player and a small
selection of DVD's.
If you would like to dine al-fresco, a large gas
bar-b-que and tools are provided too, for which
there is no charge.
